Easy bugs in Python

Today, I was looking into how easy it might be to contribute fixes to Python itself. I found one really interesting one:

"htmllib quote parse error within a <script>"

So I followed the link! But the bug renders as blank.

if you look into the code, the input below this title is escaped,
seems like somebody forgot to escape the title too :-)
